Case Study: A Brief Offsite Analysis Using Zi Wei Feng
Shui
The following is a case I encountered in 2016 which
demonstrates the penetrating power of Zi Wei Feng Shui.
A potential client, Mr X, phoned and asked about my
services and in the process he revealed to me that he was losing a substantial
amount of money. He wanted to know if anything can be done about it. [Two Feng
Shui practitioners have already audited his house which was in Port Dickson.
One told him to move out of that house and the other said he needed his front
lawn replaced.]
Since he hasn’t made a commitment for an onsite Feng Shui
audit, I further asked him a few more questions related to his house.
Subsequently, he sent me some photos of his house. This one is looking out from
his front door:
I also requested for his birth specifics, from which I
plotted his Zi Wei Dou Shu lifechart. I noticed that his Wealth Palace has a
Birth Ji which meant that this person would encounter money problems and would
have difficulties holding onto his wealth throughout his life.
Next, I told him that the facing direction of his house was
very relevant to his financial situation. I conveyed to him that if the house was
facing South West 225° - 255° then he would be in big trouble. This is because
the Property Palace which occupies that direction would release a negative
force (hua ji) to his Wealth Palace which already has a Birth Ji hence creating
a double Ji in his Wealth Palace.
Mr X then went about taking his house facing direction
and sent a picture of his compass direction to me: it was 244° SW!
I told him that if possible move out of the house and
find a house which faces 165° - 195° South. This would change his
Lian Zhen Birth Ji to become Lu meaning minus wealth will be changed to
positive wealth. He eventually moved to Kuala Lumpur and had me audit his new
condo.
